OptimizationModel::SphereModel::__init__ (  self   , n    = 2 )

OptimizationModel::SphereModel::evaluate (  self   , x    )

Evaluates (scalar) error value for vector x. The optimum vector is the zero vector with error also zero. The error grows in a parabolic manner in radial directions. Points of equal error lie on an hyper sphere.
